Carol has always lived in Southern California and spends her free time with her husband Jim and Kodi & Kiska, their two white huskies. Carol & Jim enjoy Hawaii (their second home), travel, cruising, classic cars, and crocheting blankets for new babies. (In the last 20 years she has made over 300 blankets for clients and friends). -

A licensed Realtor, Cathy serves as a Homebuyer Specialist for Carol & Jim. Her 25 year experience in Finance with Beckman Coulter, Inc. and her 15 plus years with Pacific Community Credit Union on the Board of Directors benefits both family and friends.
Catherine’s strong finance and banking background brings an understanding of fiscal responsibility in evaluating each real estate transaction. She enjoys helping others realize their dreams of home ownership.
Catherine was born in California and is a second generation Golden Stater. She has lived the last 37 years in North Orange County and enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren as well as golfing with her husband Ben. Kodi is the Team Leader. Jim & Carol are his personal staff and he manages to run most jobs on the road in the comfort of the backseat of his Ford pickup or his Ford Galaxie convertible. Kodi always has time for anyone who stops by and he will give you his undivided attention. There is no one better when it comes to entertaining children.
